Fitness and nutrition have been part of Gavin’s life from an early age. Growing up, he watched his father train daily—instilling habits that made physical conditioning second nature. His father competed in the Mr. Universe contests in 1966 and 1968, alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger, after winning Junior Mr. South Africa and placing among the finalists internationally. That early exposure to elite training and discipline shaped Gavin’s lifelong commitment to health and performance.

I Recognizing that many people never receive proper guidance, Gavin chose to become a personal trainer. He has competed in both South Africa and the United States, gaining firsthand experience in strength training, physique development, and long-term fitness.

With over 25 years of experience, Gavin specializes in personalized training, strength conditioning, and nutrition coaching designed to deliver sustainable results. His approach focuses on building strength, improving health, and creating lifestyles clients can maintain for life.
